Karen graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy 3000 hour program in 2012. She is currently in good standing with the Massage Therapy Association and the College of Massage Therapy of BC.

Karen customizes her treatments with techniques and modalities based on her patients individual needs and goals. Whether the goal is focused on pain relief, improving range of motion, injury rehabilitation or simply relaxation, the treatment is personalized accordingly. The techniques she uses include, but aren’t limited to, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, joint mobilization and Swedish Massage. She enjoys working with her patients in order to help them reach their optimal health.

Karen’s personal fitness and health, as well as her family’s medical conditions, triggered her interest in Massage Therapy.
